Midland is owned and controlled by the Independence Charitable Trust (ICT), a 501(c)(3) charitable trust. ICT is directed by a board of citizen leaders with the mission of providing grants to other charitable organizations in any state. Each month, Midland donates a portion of their revenue to ICT.
